With construction underway, it was time to drum up interest for the new Villa Homes at Splendido Tucson, a Life Plan Community for those “55 or better”. The result was this series of handouts -- 'Own the View' and 'Look Forward to Something More' -- juxtaposing modern luxury with majestic natural beauty and presenting an entirely new perspective on post-retirement living.
